Terms of Service Crown & Keys Concierge Effective Date: 03/01/2026 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing our website or engaging Crown & Keys Concierge (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. 2. Scope of Services We provide high-end concierge and lifestyle management services, including but not limited to: Luxury travel planning & booking Private transportation & chauffeur coordination Property & home management Dining, entertainment, and event access Personal assistance and errand services VIP experiences and exclusive access sourcing All services are customized and subject to availability. 3. Membership & Retainer Services (Premium Structure) 3.1 Membership Options Crown & Keys may offer: Monthly or annual concierge memberships Retainer-based priority service plans 3.2 Benefits Members may receive: Priority response times Preferred vendor access Reduced service fees or bundled services Dedicated concierge support 3.3 Retainer Terms Retainers are non-refundable Unused time/services may expire monthly unless otherwise agreed Overage services are billed separately 4. VIP & Priority Client Services VIP clients (retainer or premium-tier clients) receive: 24/7 availability (reasonable limits apply) Expedited bookings and last-minute accommodations Confidential handling of all requests We reserve the right to decline requests that are: Illegal Unsafe Unethical or unrealistic 5. Client Responsibilities You agree to: Provide accurate, timely information Approve bookings and costs before confirmation Treat all staff, partners, and vendors professionally You are financially responsible for: All services booked on your behalf Damages or incidental charges incurred 6. Payments & Billing Deposits or full payment may be required before services are rendered All third-party services may be prepaid or billed directly to you Rush or after-hours requests may incur premium fees Late payments may result in service suspension All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. 7. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Tiered System) Standard Services: 48+ hours: Full refund or credit 24–48 hours: 50% fee may apply Under 24 hours: Non-refundable Luxury / Custom Bookings (travel, events, private services): Subject to vendor-specific policies Often non-refundable once confirmed VIP / Last-Minute Requests: Non-refundable once initiated 8. Third-Party Services Disclaimer Crown & Keys Concierge acts solely as a facilitator and coordinator. We are not liable for: Vendor cancellations or failures Travel delays or disruptions Service quality issues from third parties All third-party services are subject to their own terms and conditions. 9. Transportation & Experience Liability Waiver By booking transportation, activities, or experiences through us, you acknowledge: Participation is at your own risk Crown & Keys is not liable for: Accidents or injuries Property damage Delays or service interruptions Clients are encouraged to carry: Travel insurance Personal liability coverage 10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service 11. Privacy & Confidentiality We operate with strict discretion, especially for high-profile clients. Client information is never sold Information is only shared when necessary to fulfill services VIP client confidentiality is prioritized (Separate Privacy Policy recommended) 12. Intellectual Property All branding, content, logos, and materials are owned by Crown & Keys Concierge. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. 13. Termination of Services We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for: Non-payment Abusive behavior Misuse of services Violation of these Terms 14. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. 15. Updates to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance. 16.
